H. 9,5 cm. - Animal sculptor and graphic artist, studied first at the drawing academy in Hanau and later at the academy in Berlin, was a master pupil of Reinhold Begas and one of the founding members of the Berlin Secession, member of the Deutscher Werkbund, professor in 1908, most important German animal sculptor of his time.
