1959. Bronze, black-brown patinated, mounted on iron plate. Each side num. Ex. '7/10' and monogrammed 'Szy', foundry stamp 'W. FÜSSEL BERLIN 10'. 28,5 x 10 cm resp. 28 x 7,5 cm, iron plate 1,5 x 29,5 x 15,5 cm. - Literature: Cat. rais. Brusberg 59/5 or 59/8. - Provenance: Wolfgang Brudermüller collection; since then by heredity. - German sculptor, trained at the Kunstgewerbeschule Leipzig under Alfred Thiele, then studied at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Berlin under Bernhard Heiliger and others. In 1964 he participated in the Documenta III in Kassel, between 1986 and 1996 he was professor at the Hochschule der Künste Berlin. Numerous solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad, many works in public spaces in Germany.
