J. Tripp. T. studied at the Freie Kunstschule Stuttgart under G. Neisser in 1965, then sculpture at the Stuttgart Academy under R. Daudert. 1970-72 he was a master student of R. Hausner at the Academy in Vienna. T. is considered one of the most important representatives of realistic painting and had numerous exhibitions at home and abroad.
