1986. Bronze, brown patinated. Figures: 11,3 x 24,4 x 13 cm, base: 10 x 8 x 13 cm. Signed on the base and dated ENGST 86, made in the foundry Barth (no foundry mark). Model of the large sculpture. The large bronze is located in front of the factory of the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in North Carolina/USA. The client was Kurt Körber, owner of the Hamburg Hauni company, who presented the group to the American business partners as a gift. According to the artist, the 116 unicyclists symbolize the employees of the factory. - Literature: Cat. rais.
