On round base cobalt blue baluster shaft with metal handles, red shade with 4 winged handles - Italian architect, illustrator and designer, worked for the office of Ettore Sottsass, among others. His best-known work is the Codex Seraphianus of 1981, an illustrated encyclopedia of imaginary things in a previously undeciphered artificial language.
