Large ceramic sculpture of a standing woman with cubistic dissected body and colorful painting typical for the artist - Provenance: Private collection Hamburg - French Ceramic artist, studied applied arts in Paris from 1939 to 1943 and founded the pottery workshop 'l'Atelier Callis' in Vallauris in 1946, which at times employed 120 people. Capron received numerous awards, including the Grand Prix International de la Céramique in 1970, 1983 fondation of the Capron workshop.
