1992, one of two casts. Bronze, brown patinated. 36 x 25 x 23 cm. Sign. ENGST 92, foundry stamp GUSS WITTKAMP ELMENHORST. Three men wearing helmets, visors and protective clothing stand on high disk bikes without pedals, forks or seatposts. The bikes and bodies show the precarious inclination for the fall - Literature: Cat. rais.: Tiedge 250 - German sculptor, studied after theological studies at the Art Academy in Munich by Prof. Hiller and at the HFBK in Hamburg by E. Scharff. Since 1967 freelance artist in Jersbek near Bargteheide, especially working in wood, stone, bronze and steel, including numerous orders for public buildings, so-called 'Art on the building'.
