1951. Oil/canvas. 75 x 100 cm. Lo. ri. sign. and dat. A. Helmberger 1951. Small retouchings. The painting was commissioned by the consignor's deceased father in 1951. He reported on the history of its creation in a letter to the Gesellschaft bildender Künstler Wiens in 1984. - Provenance: Commissioned from the artist by the consignor's father; thence by descent. - Austrian landscape painter. H. studied in Salzburg under F. Kulstrunk, thereafter at the Vienna academy under Chr. Griepenkerl. During WW I he worked as war painter.
