Nymphenburg, 20th cent. White porcelain. Design ca. 1770. The Neptune Chariot was created in the context of the installation of the "Green Room" at Schloss Nymphenburg. Neptune (trident crack), god of the sea, and his beloved Amphitrite sitting in a shell bowl, which is being pulled by 3 see horses and accompaied by 2 tritons. Impr. and stamped mark, model no. 0970, 2040, 2042-2045. original ca. 20.700,- €.
