Meissen, end of 19th cent. 4 polychrome painted putti on a rocaille base with plastical decoration. Allegorical figures of the 4 seasons with their attributes (garland of flowers, sheaf, vine and coat). In charming gestures with finely painted faces. Crossed swords in u"glaze blue with pommel and incised "1068". Partly cracked. H. 14,5 cm.
