China, c. 1800 (Qing-dynasty 1644-1911). Porcelain with polychrome painting. Slightly everted rim with stand. At the wall circular reserves with fine landscape paintings on a raspberry-coloured underground with foliage and flowers. Very finely embossed spiral-pattern within the ground. Inside a large ornamental flower. Six-character Qianlong-mark. A very similar decorated piece can be found in the Roemer-Museum Hildesheim, formerly Ohlmer-collection (See: Wiesner, Chinesisches Porzellan, Mainz 1981, p. 202). Diam. 14,5 cm.
