China, Song-dynasty (960-1279). Ceramic with red-brown body and a fine "hare"s fur" glaze, going from deep black to red-brown. Irregular finish line of the glaze with unglazed foot. The mouth probably coloured with silver in the 17th/18th cent. Min. traces of age. H. 7 cm, diam. 12,5 cm.
