Hamburg, around 1820. Silver, marked, MM.: "Noack" und "AN", city mark and assay mark of A.F. Lammatsch (aktive 1811-1828), ebonised wooden handle. Tea pot (h. 16 cm), lid with knob in shape of a shell. With monogram "J E". (Comp. Schliemann, Die Goldschmiede Hamburgs, vol. II, p. 452-453, 491-492). Small joint, wooden handle with min. colour loss. Weight in total c. 530 g.
