Meissen, end of 19th cent. Design by Johann Joachim Kaendler around 1738. Seated couple of shepherd and shepherdess, caressing each other. On her lap a lamb. Next to him a small dog as a symbol of fidelity. Crossed swords in u'glaze blue with pommel, incised 'D19'. Rest., cracked. H. 19,5 cm.
