China, around 1900 (late Qing-dynasty 1644-1911). Carved celadon-coloured jade, partly with white to russet veining. Archaistic oval vase with cover. The foot and the cover with openwork decoration. Large ring-handles with beast-heads at the side (1 horn min. cracked). The cover knob in the shape of a Chilong-dragon. H. 26,5 cm.
