Crossed swords in u'glaze blue. Saucer min. chip. at the foot. H. together 5 cm. - German porcelain painter, worked since 1720 for Meissen, was appointed painter to the court in 1724, since 1731 arcanist und head of the painting division, particularly known for his chinoiserie-motifs.
