The 'Kissing group' designed by J. J. Kaendler, around 1746, mounted on a rocaille-shaped base made of firegilded french bronze. The clock with enamel dial, signed 'MUSSON A PARIS' (= Louis Musson), renewed clockwork. Surrounded by very rich spiraling floral scrolls with sculptural porcelain blossoms, traditionally made in Vincennes and Meissen. Min. prof. rest. Unmarked.
