Bronze with greenish and greyish patina, h. 29 cm, l. 50 cm, on bronze plith sign. 'Ch. Virion', foundary mark 'R. Patrouilleau Editeur' and 'Bronze'. - French sculptor and ceramicist. Virion studied sculpture in Paris under Jean-Paul Aubé and Charles Gauthier and exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1886 until the 1930s.
