London, 1775-76. Silver, stamped, assay mark, indistinct MM.: presumably 'JA' on the base as well as 'IS' on the drip tray. On a stepped square base with gadrooned border there is a baluster shaped stem with detachable nozzles. H. 28 cm, overall weight approx. 3010 g. (Comp. Jackson, p. 87).
