Berlin, KPM, around 1825. Porcelain, mat and shiny etched gilding, partially on a light pink ground, polychrome enamel painting. Model 'Reden'sche Vase', two-part and screwed together. Large fields with detailed painted views, inscribed: 'Das Schloss zu Charlottenburg von der Gartenseite' and 'Die Louiseninsel im Thiergarten bei Berlin', the base decorated with with burnished gold arabesques. Blue sceptre mark, brown eagle mark and K.P M, painter's mark: circle with vertical line (gold). The base prof. rest. H. 43 cm. -
