Paris, around 1810. Fire gilded bronze, polished, engraved. Greatest possible quality of its time: iconography and significance in combination with highclass moulding of the Artist's model and the final handcraft of the bronzier as well as the clockmaker's name. White enamel dial, black arab. numerals, golden hands, labelled 'Lepaute à Paris‘. Large pendulum movement with thread suspension, count wheel striking mechanism, striking bell on half and full hour. Globe restored.
