Jean Lambert-Rucki (Krakau 1911 - Paris 1967) - Sell & Buy
Polish-French sculptor and painter, important representative of the French art deco and cubist art. Educated at the Art Academy in Krakow the artist moved to Paris 1911 and received direct connection to the French cubist artists. The famous art dealer Léonce Rosenberg exhibited his works 1921 with works by Léger, Mondrian, Picasso et al. Lambert-Rucki was one of the founding members of the avant-garde 'Union des Artistes Modernes'. His bronzes and wooden sculptures are ranking among the most important works of French cubism.
