American artist, son of Yaacov Agam. A. grew up in Paris and Israel. He began his artistic career as a photographer in France and opened his own gallery in New York in 1980. In 2010, he began to explore other artistic techniques, with his father's kinetic art playing an important role. He has been a member of the French Legion of Honor in 2008. The artist lives and works in New York.
