Meissen. Aroiund 1723/24. White Boettger porcelain, painted in colour. H. 9,9 cm. Underglaze blue crossed swords mark with K.P.M. on the base, gold numeral "22" on the base and lid. Rest. Baluster shape with curved ear handle and curved tubular spout with mascaron, domed lid. Both sides with gold lace cartouches, underlaid with Böttger chandeliers. Reserves colourfully painted with chinoiserie from the workshop of Johann Gregorius Hoeroldt. - Literature: Comp. R. Rückert 1966, plate 46, no. 149 -
