Oil/canvas. 106 x 149 cm. Lo. le. sign. J. T. Goldstein. Some retouchings. - German landscape and architectural painter. Little is known about the artist's early life and training. He initially studied in Berlin, where Schinkel left a lasting impression, and settled in Dresden in 1821. He traveled to Switzerland and Italy and was also active in Hamburg around 1840.
